At Dog & Gun Coffee, we’re serious about roasting top-notch coffee for legends who love the outdoors and then making sure those customers have the best possible experience with us. That’s where Fiona comes in—our longest-serving team member, who’s just clocked up four years of making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
Fiona’s journey with us started in pick & pack, where she quickly showed she wasn’t here to mess around. She then nailed production in no time and now also oversees customer service, production output, and logistics. Simply put, if you’re enjoying a Dog & Gun brew without a hiccup, chances are Fi’s behind the scenes making sure every detail is perfect.
She’s not the loudest person in the room (potentially the funniest?) and definitely not one to rally the team for a group hug—but here’s the thing: Fiona doesn’t need to be. She leads by example, taking full responsibility to make sure the job gets done right and always upholds high standards for our customers. She’s the one keeping an eye on it all!
While she’s always preferred indoor comforts over outdoor adventures, she’s been stepping out of her comfort zone the last few years—joining our team camps with her partner Mitch and their Dachshund sidekick, Duckie. It’s been epic to see her dive into something new (even if she has to wear socks with her crocs 😂)
And let’s not forget her legendary baking skills. Her cookies? Absolute game-changers. If there’s one way to win over the crew at Dog & Gun, it’s through food so we live for the cookies!
Beyond the hard work, high standards, and attention to detail, Fi’s presence means a lot to Rache & Shaun. As Rache's sister, she’s been part of this journey from the start—supporting it 100%. Her loyalty, dedication, and quiet determination have helped shape Dog & Gun into what it is today.
We’re beyond grateful for everything Fi brings to the table including the cookies (which she's overdue to make). Here’s to four incredible years of commitment, growth, and forced feeding shared along the way. We’re lucky to have you, Fi—cheers to many more!
