At Dog & Gun Coffee, we’re all about adventure, quality coffee, and great people. And today, we’re giving a big shoutout to one of the best— Santi!
It’s been two years since he joined the crew, and we honestly couldn’t imagine Dog & Gun without him. He’s our full-time videographer but also a coffee roaster, barista, and all-around legend.
From Colombia to the Aussie Outdoors
Santi made the move from Colombia to Australia and wasted no time diving into the outdoor lifestyle. Whether he’s behind the camera capturing epic footage, roasting up a killer batch of beans, or pulling the perfect espresso shots for the team, he brings passion and precision to everything he does.
But it’s not just about coffee for Santi. Since joining Dog & Gun, he’s gone full send into the wild. He’s kitted out his 4WD with a rooftop tent, spent countless days on deer hunts with Shaun, and explored some of the most remote and rugged spots around. When he’s not out in the bush, you’ll find him camping by the ocean.
More Than a Videographer
Santi’s creative touch has taken Dog & Gun to the next level. His ability to capture the raw adventure and love for coffee in his videos has helped build our community and tell our story. Whether it’s roadside brews up to Cape York, intense backpack hunts through NZ, or just simply capturing new products at the warehouse, Santi makes it all look next level.
The Man Behind the Camera
Santi might be a quiet guy, but don’t let that fool you—he’s got a wicked sense of humour that keeps the team entertained. He’s also the ultimate team player, always up for helping out, whether it’s tweaking a roast, jumping behind the coffee machine, or capturing the perfect shot in the middle of nowhere.
Outside of work, you’ll find him on epic adventures with his girlfriend Luisa and their awesome Border Collie, Enzo. Whether it’s camping, off-roading, or heading down the coast, the three of them are always on the move, making the most of life here in Australia.
